A Washington native, Blair has been exposed to the industry her entire life growing up in her moms salon on Whidbey Island. She has now been doing hair in Seattle for the last 12 years. She started her career at one of Seattle's most prestigious salons SEVEN in 2010 and has since worked her way up, owning her own salon in the heart of Queen Anne.
Blair specializes in balayage and foilayage on natural brunettes who want a low maintenance upkeep and the perfect melted blend. She also does a plethora of colors ranging from a blonde highlight to rich brunettes. She has had extensive training in dry cutting, traveling around LA learning from salons such as Ramirez Tran, Nova Arts, 901 Academy, and Meche Salon. Blair loves to give a lived in effortless look with her colors and cuts, customized to each individual client and their lifestyle.

Jayme realized her love for beauty at an early age growing up in as house with 4 sisters and after 12 years behind the chair her passion for meticulously beautiful hair has made her one of the most sought after talents in Seattle.
Jayme continues pushing herself to become a better artist by staying up to date on all current trends. She is constantly continuing her education by taking classes from industry leading stylists including Sal Salcedo and Cherin Choi at Nova Arts, Johnny Ramirez and Anh Co Tran, Tracey Cunningham at Meche Salon in LA, as well as Maggie and Lihn’s Phan Haus in Scottsdale and award winning colorist Liz Haven.
She specializes in creating beautiful, dynamic blondes for all hair colors, types and textures as well as effortless cuts to fit each clients individual lifestyle.

Carolina has always had a natural, artistic eye for color and tone which has led her true passions, hair and fashion. Beginning her career at the prestigious Aveda Institute and soon after started an apprenticeship at one of Seattle’s top salons Robert Leonard, Carolina is now joining forces with Blonde and Gold. She will be apprenticing under two of Seattle’s best stylists, Blair and Jayme, learning lived in color, highlights and dry cutting. She also extremely passionate about brunettes, redheads, long layers and layered bobs.
