Each artist is independent and texting is preferred

If you are 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled appointment your service may be canceled or adjusted at your artists discretion

Any adjustments to your appointment need to be made 48 hours prior to your appointment or you will be charged the full amount of your original service

Sessions are customized to each individual and can be lengthy. Please plan accordingly and avoid stringent time restraints. Color results are best when not rushed. Listed service times are estimated time ranges that may potentially double due to amount of hair/desired result /pre existing color/texture/ etc. Feel free to bring entertainment/snacks and be prepared to allow us to focus on the project at hand. Please give yourself an extra 10 minutes to find parking on the street around the salon. Be sure to park in a location that is either unmarked or a 4 hour spot.

​If you have existing color that is self attained or from another stylist and your goal is to go lighter, a consultation prior to your service is recommended and can take multiple sessions to achieve desired goal.

If you are going any amount lighter please plan for your hair to be more dry (adding Olaplex to your service will help improve this potential threat greatly, learn more at www.olaplex.com). Using professional products ie. shampoo, serum, deep conditioner, etc. is imperative to a highlighted hair's health.

Due to the length of each session, appointments must be canceled 48 hours in advance by text. EMAIL/CALL CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. No call/no shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of services booked. Cancellations/reschedules inside of the 48 hour policy will be charged a 50% fee of the service(s) booked.

​If any adjustments need to be made to a color/cut service, PLEASE COMMUNICATE ACCORDINGLY. We must be notified within two weeks of the appointment for adjustments to be complimentary.
